Blog 27 – Truth Inspires Change

If you hunger and thirst for freedom from limitation, you will search for truths that empower you. Initially, you recognize that some belief, relationship or situation is not filling you with ease and aliveness. This discontent can lead to constructive change if you have the courage to be aware and take risks.

Each time you move through a distorted perception or rigid belief, you enter the realm of possibilities. In the clearing a new insight may come to you and be worth its weight in gold. Armed with truth, you can then determine whether to change yourself, change something about the situation or leave the situation. Insight is the first step to making wise choices that lead to positive change.

After the insight, you have a choice as to whether to act from the new truth or not. Finding truth in the moment will bring you ease and peace, implementing it into your life is another matter. But when the truth you receive is profound, you will find a way to live it. For example, it is not easy to leave a long-term dysfunctional relationship, but once you see the light of truth, you will let go. If are willing to bring acceptance to your loss, grace will carry you through the process of separation.

A truth may be a call to action. If you are able to take risks and trust the change process, you will bring the new awareness into your life. When you live your truth, you are filled with more authenticity, peace and power.
