Blog 25 - The Co-creative Process

The observer and doer each have their roles to play in the co-creative process. When your river bed of creative thought runs dry, a miracle can happen if you become still and receptive. As you observe what is and allow Divine Mind to enter, water (creative life-force) begins to emerge through the parched river bed. Creative ideas and energy begin to flow from a source beyond the rational mind.

Initially, you are the observer in this creative process. Once you act to make it a reality, you become a doer. The observer and doer co-create together. When the observer and doer are absorbed in the creative moment, their boundaries disappear. All that remains is the creative flow expressing itself. Here you enter peak performance. The extraordinary is being channeled through you.

Avoid the limitations of the rational mind and ego personality. Allow the Self and Divine Mind to lead the way. In the process you become more because:

To wait requires great courage.
To do all you can do on your own requires tenacity.
To let go of having it your way requires patience.
To surrender requires trust.
To put aside self serving motives requires humility.
To serve humanity requires compassion.

Each time you are aware that your efforts are not working, you have a choice. Instead of wasting energy judging and feeling frustrated, go deep inside of yourself in search of some greater insight and truth. As you dive deep, know that the creative waters of life will rise through you. You will have all you need to co-create and serve a higher purpose.
