Blog 30 - Alignment

Your thoughts and beliefs may create blind spots to personal and universal truths. More important, they separate you from your divine essence—the Authentic Self. If you allow the ego to dictate your reality, you remain out of alignment with your highest potential. But, if you become a curious observer, you will remain open and non-attached to being right or having a specific outcome. As a witness, you will be guided into alignment with your divine perfection.

Alignment is at work when people are in the right place at the right time and results are accomplished with ease and grace. Personal alignment places individuals in the creative energy flow. Once the way is open, positive opportunities come to individuals and desired outcomes occur consistently. When an individual’s actions are in alignment with a greater good, the results may have positive consequences for generations.

You become aligned when you integrate these psychic polarities: The inside and outside, spiritual and human, masculine and feminine, and individual and collective. Your alignment is also associated with living your values, purpose, talents and core truths. In times of alignment, you and your life feel harmonious and full. Perfection is always present and possible in the moments you feel connected to your Higher Power.

The process of co-creating becomes effortless when you allow truth to lead the way. You live from your potential and accomplish outcomes using the powerful forces of love and harmony. Aligned with the Self, you participate in miracles. Grace is your constant companion.

Blog 29 – The Work

You do not become the observing witness in a day, week or year. The process of observing develops over time; it requires commitment and work. Self-discovery and self-mastery lead you to this enlightened state of being. As a witness, you observe without judgments and remain non-attached to outcomes.

You become aligned with truth by eliminating the emotional and mental patterns that limit you. As you face your deficits, take action to rectify them and open your heart to grace, you become a channel of unlimited potential. You become realigned with the love, power, peace and wisdom of the Self.

When you are up against a stubborn pattern, you may feel as though you are having a break down. The obstacle feels insurmountable. When you cannot go any further on your own, you are on the verge of a break through. This part of the process is emotionally painful and draining. But, if you persist and trust the power of grace, you soon discover you are not alone. Grace enters and enables you to break free of an addictive pattern that blinds you to truth, causes you suffering and limits your success.

In those moments of accepting yourself, others and life unconditionally, grace may bring you an epiphany. This insight removes a blind spot and expands your awareness. Each time you face yourself or a situation with an attitude of total acceptance, you are free to perceive truth.

The work of transformation involves clearing distortions and barriers. As you align yourself with the Self, you are able to observe instead of judge; allow instead of control. The ego steps aside, and the Self to leads the way.

Blog 28 - The Knowing Mind

Your mind is affected when intuitive insights enter your awareness. Electrical impulses light up the brain and expand your awareness. When the lid is taken off the thinking mind for a brief moment, you connect with your ability to know. If you are able to sense the subtle energies within your body, you will feel this shift. The “ah ha” moment brings with it a change: Your mind and body may feel open, lighter, clearer, still or energized.

New pathways within the brain are being formed as a result of this process. These pathways change how your brain works. The left and right hemispheres of the brain become balanced and integrated. Eventually, you will perceive and think with your whole brain—the logical and intuitive. Knowing takes you beyond the barriers of limited thinking. It connects you with the unlimited creative potential of Universal Intelligence.

You deepen the knowing mind with each insight, creative idea or epiphany you receive. Your brain and body are being transformed when you allow yourself to know from a deeper place within your being. You are building a new consciousness.

Still the thinking mind and be aware. Live your life from what you know. You will become your best, live your truth and accomplish the extraordinary. You will live a life filled with authenticity and personal fulfillment.

Blog 27 – Truth Inspires Change

If you hunger and thirst for freedom from limitation, you will search for truths that empower you. Initially, you recognize that some belief, relationship or situation is not filling you with ease and aliveness. This discontent can lead to constructive change if you have the courage to be aware and take risks.

Each time you move through a distorted perception or rigid belief, you enter the realm of possibilities. In the clearing a new insight may come to you and be worth its weight in gold. Armed with truth, you can then determine whether to change yourself, change something about the situation or leave the situation. Insight is the first step to making wise choices that lead to positive change.

After the insight, you have a choice as to whether to act from the new truth or not. Finding truth in the moment will bring you ease and peace, implementing it into your life is another matter. But when the truth you receive is profound, you will find a way to live it. For example, it is not easy to leave a long-term dysfunctional relationship, but once you see the light of truth, you will let go. If are willing to bring acceptance to your loss, grace will carry you through the process of separation.

A truth may be a call to action. If you are able to take risks and trust the change process, you will bring the new awareness into your life. When you live your truth, you are filled with more authenticity, peace and power.

Blog 26 - Body Awareness

Your physical body tells the truth. However, your mental stories get in the way of hearing your body’s message. Being aware of your body means you listen to your feelings, physical symptoms and body sensations. When you allow the body to speak, you discover that it is connected to a profound sense of knowing.

Your body consciousness has a language of its own. It can speak to you when you ask it questions. If you become an objective observer, you will receive truthful responses to your inquiries through the use of a pendulum or muscle testing. Your muscles test strong for true and weak for false, and the motion of a pendulum verifies true or false answers.

Your instincts, intuition and feelings also allow you to sniff out truth. They guide you away from what is wrong toward what is right, away from what is limited toward what is expansive, away from what is a struggle toward what is easy, and away from what is conflict toward what is peace.

When you are centered and calm, you are able to hear and understand your body’s truth. The body may be giving you a clear message. But, your rational mind may contaminate the message with a distorted or incorrect interpretation. Truth enters your awareness when your mind is open and empty of preconceived ideas and judgments.

Take up the challenge: Have a relationship with your body, live in the present moment and open your mind. You will discover that your body is a truth detector. It will begin talking to you. Allow its wisdom to guide you and your choices. Truth feels good, peaceful and expansive.

Blog 25 - The Co-creative Process

The observer and doer each have their roles to play in the co-creative process. When your river bed of creative thought runs dry, a miracle can happen if you become still and receptive. As you observe what is and allow Divine Mind to enter, water (creative life-force) begins to emerge through the parched river bed. Creative ideas and energy begin to flow from a source beyond the rational mind.

Initially, you are the observer in this creative process. Once you act to make it a reality, you become a doer. The observer and doer co-create together. When the observer and doer are absorbed in the creative moment, their boundaries disappear. All that remains is the creative flow expressing itself. Here you enter peak performance. The extraordinary is being channeled through you.

Avoid the limitations of the rational mind and ego personality. Allow the Self and Divine Mind to lead the way. In the process you become more because:

To wait requires great courage.
To do all you can do on your own requires tenacity.
To let go of having it your way requires patience.
To surrender requires trust.
To put aside self serving motives requires humility.
To serve humanity requires compassion.

Each time you are aware that your efforts are not working, you have a choice. Instead of wasting energy judging and feeling frustrated, go deep inside of yourself in search of some greater insight and truth. As you dive deep, know that the creative waters of life will rise through you. You will have all you need to co-create and serve a higher purpose.

Blog 24 – Seek the Higher Way

Divine Mind is guiding you Home. When you seek the higher wisdom, values and power of the spiritual path, your personal desires will be fulfilled in harmonious ways. The quiet inner voice of the Self leads you to your unlimited creative potential.

When you are aware and present, you are in truth. You are free of attachment to limited thinking and distorted perceptions. In this state of mental openness, you receive new possibilities for being, doing and having. You learn to co-create in unity with a Higher Order instead of personal gain. You learn to set an intention and allow life to bring it to you. As you let go of expectations for who you are, why you are here and how you will succeed, more of the divine within you emerges.

Allow yourself to think bigger than you have ever thought before. See yourself as the master of your fate. You are the channel through which the Creator expresses Itself. You will demonstrate the true meaning of "divine made flesh."

You are a steward of the Earth. Become aligned with your personal truths and be receptive to Divine Mind. When you do this, the Self begins to take charge. By doing this, you bring the material and spiritual together in you and in your life.

Blog 23 – The Miracle Worker

Like the Masters, human beings are capable of changing thought and energy into form. A Master is able to create objects in an instant. There is no time lag between thought and form. At this time human beings cannot co-create using the mind and energy alone. But, the potential exists for anyone to influence atoms and create form instantly. When the ego mind becomes one with Divine Mind, mankind will take co-creating to new heights.

A separation exists between the lower mind of mankind and Higher Mind of the Creator. Look around; you see more lack and limitation than abundance and miracles. As the Law of One unites the two minds, it lifts the lower mind into the Higher. This Law not only expands the power of the mind, but the energy of the body as well. The Higher Mind cannot exist in a low energy body. Perfectly aligned with Divine Mind, human beings will become miracle makers.

You have the ability to move mountains when you are restored to your original perfection as a co-creator. In this state of unity your Higher Self, not your ego personality, is in charge. The Self directs your thoughts and desires. You are in alignment with universal laws and your highest good. You influence the atoms with your thoughts, voice and energy.

Each time your intentions are directed by your Higher Self, objects and positive situations are pulled into your life. This Law of Attraction allows you to accomplish amazing outcomes that serve you and others. You take one step closer to becoming a Master every time you do this.

The magician is within you. Do not deny it any longer. Put aside your doubts and limitations. Connect to your potential. You are radiant and powerful. Be open and let your expanding awareness lead you beyond the lower mind. You will begin to understand who you are and why you are here. Honor this truth and make it your reality!

Blog 22 – Live the Magic

You are able to co-create from the energy field of Love. As you let go of the ego’s fearful grip, you allow the Self to lead the way. You begin to co-create in harmony with universal laws and become part of the magical, abundant universe.

The Creative Principle and the possibilities of Divine Mind are powerful. They are like a mighty river. This power and potential flows through all human beings and life itself. You can choose to jump into this river with awareness. If you do, you free yourself from limited thinking and negative emotions. You see with the expanded awareness of enlightenment. You feel renewed and powerful. Filled with wisdom, power, and love, you share your god-given talents and skills with others; everyone benefits.

Live the highest principles:

Each time you give joyfully, you are an instrument of grace.

Blog 21 - The Power of Love

What are the consequences of war? What have peace treaties achieved? Have they produced helpful, happy, and healthy people? Personal unrest and global conflict soar. Hatred, violence, and greed are the norm in families, societies, and nations. Many people believe that force is more effective than Love. They rely on guns instead of grace—Love in action. Peace and harmony as a way of life is not understood or accepted.

Destructive trends have negative outcomes. They trap human beings in power struggles and conflict. There is a way out of destructive patterns. It is found through the creative unifying power of Love. Love, awareness, and effective communication build ideal social systems. Most important, a single heart filled with Love easily breaks down the barriers the mind constructs.

When you express Love, you are connected to the higher power within—the Self. The Self enables you to let go of the survival and competitive needs of the ego. It enables you to make choices that resolve life’s challenges in positive ways. You begin to co-create a personal life that serves you and the whole. You become filled with abundance, peace, and harmony. Your positive energy affects others. The human race needs your enlightened mind and grace-filled heart. Your unconditional Love is the most powerful force in the universe.

Blog 20 – Master of Love

The Law of One is the heart of creation and resides in the spiritual heart of all conscious beings. It is part of a dynamic energy field of Love. It is non-personal and non-local. It binds everything into a harmonious whole. It permeates everything and everyone, not only the “worthy.” A seeker of truth connects to this energy field of Love in altered states of consciousness—mystical experiences.

In this state of oneness all is united in perfect peace. Masters like Jesus Christ, Buddha, Lao Tzu, and Ikhnaton embodied the Law of One. Their teachings still do! Masters walk upon the Earth to restore mankind to the principles of this Great Law. Their primary purpose is to bring divine love to the starving hearts of their people; they also bring wisdom to their closed minds. They come when their people have wandered too far from the truth of oneness.

If you live in accordance with the Law of One, your ability to love becomes huge. Its effect is powerful. It smashes through old grievances, resentments and judgments. The Law of One allows you to attack your enemies, while having positive regard for them. You will be able to protect yourself from harm without hating the perpetrators. You just do what needs to be done to restore harmony in any situation. Without the harmful judgments of the ego, you recognize the divine in every living thing. As you do this, grace enters your life and the world.

You step into enlightenment when you invite the Law of One into your being. This Great Law connects you to the universe; it restores you to inner peace. Filled with Love, your thoughts and desires change: What you want not only serves you, but the greater good. Let go of the judgments that separate you from yourself, others, life and the Creator. Master the art of Love.

Blog 19 - The Law of One

The universal Law of One is the unifying principle of the universe. It is the highest energy field of love that binds the diverse and opposites into an orderly energetic whole. It gathers all that exists into harmonious patterns that serve the greater good.

The Law of One does not make the parts the same; it just unites them so they can function under one roof. The Law of One has one purpose—to unify into harmony.

All Avatars, Masters, saints and mystics embody this Great Law. They honor all life—everyone and everything. Their unconditional compassion is the highest expression of Creative Principle.

To force individuals to live the same way or believe the same thing is not in alignment with the Law of One. Uniting the family of mankind is not accomplished through domination, but compassion. This energy field of harmony and order will eventually lift the human race beyond their differences, yet preserve them.

You encounter the Law of One in the clearing, the empty space of possibility. There you are united to yourself, others, life and the universe. As you let go of limiting beliefs and open your heart to unconditional love, your sense of separation disappears. You are free to be you in the great collective.

Blog 18 – The Empty Vessel

You become empty of ego distractions when you are: 1) at one with yourself, life and the Creative Principle; and 2) totally present and still in the moment. In these moments of openness and expansion, you and the Creator are in alignment. From this state of being, you are capable of performing miracles.

To enter these enlightening moments, you must let go of limiting judgments as well as desires based on the needs of the ego. A quiet mind is receptive; an empty mind is open to possibility. When your rational mind is empty of limiting thoughts, you receive intuitive insights and epiphanies from Universal Intelligence.

You are not empty when you are emotionally attached to your thoughts, possessions and accomplishments. If you are able to detach emotionally on a consistent basis, you become aligned to the perfect relationship that is possible between co-creator and Creator.

Few can be an empty vessel consistently, but it is possible because others like Buddha and Jesus Christ have accomplished it. Release your attachment to personal limitations one situation at a time; then allow the Divine to enter and influence your awareness. This is an ongoing process until you become so empty that only the Creator exists within you. This is the perfect pattern of co-creating.

Blog 17 - Master of Non-attachment

You carry a heavy burden if you are mentally and emotionally attached to being right, possessing more or controlling outcomes. Attachment leads to feelings of discontent and inner turmoil. It also creates obstacles on your journey to the Self—unity consciousness. It traps you in your limited perception of reality.

There is another way to be in the world: Non-attachment releases you from striving and constriction. You are free from limited thinking and emotions. You learn to accept what is, be aware of unlimited possibilities and do your best in the present moment. In addition, your possessions no longer control your life and your wellbeing.

To master non-attachment, you need to be curious, trusting and observant. With an open mind, you are not invested in protecting some limiting belief. Instead, you gather and analyze information objectively. Non-attachment enables you to remain open and trust the process until the pieces of the puzzle fall into place.

When you are open and aware, the Self raises your perceptions and thought processes to Higher Order thinking. The ego continues to compartmentalize people, events, and thoughts through a mind grounded in dualism, reason and logic. The rational mind makes sense of the world through limited reasoning and judgments that give meaning to experiences. But, the Self observes what is, transcends dualistic thinking, restores inner peace and knows truth.

If you are non-attached, you have an open mind and feel comfortable living in the universal flow. Trust the expansion of the Self and participate in life from the higher perspective of the objective observer. Each time you trust the divine order of things, you allow life to flow through you with open hands, not clenched fists.

(16) Patterns of Possibility

Human Beings have the potential and ability to

unleash their creative genius,
give unconditional love,
heal their own bodies,
live in peace and cooperation,
communicate telepathically,
be prosperous,
transport their bodies energetically, and
overcome death of the physical body.

In The Life and Teachings of the Masters of the Far East, Baird Spalding writes about individuals who unite being human and divine into the perfect pattern of Oneness. These extraordinary people have overcome human limitation. They transcended separation from Creatrive Principle and live in accordance with The Law of One—harmony with self, others, life and universe.

The Avatars and Masters throughout time brought advanced patterns of being into the material realm. Yet, their enlightening messages remain mysterious, and their miraculous accomplishments are yet to be duplicated by the masses. When the divine is restored to its rightful place within the individual, the above listed possibilities will become realities.

As you awaken and commit to the Master within, you will experience greater levels of love, power, peace, truth and wisdom. You are on your way to becoming a Master when you listen to your core truths, become an objective observer and commit to serving the greater good. Be aware. Allow yourself to be guided to your next level of personal and material expansion.
